Sunil Peddi
Founder & Executive Director
Social Entrepreneur by passion, who loves innovation and entrepreneurship and uses them as an approach to address issues. He is constantly engaged in activities which contribute to sustainability.
He has an educational background of Masters in Agricultural Sciences from UAS Bangalore (with ICAR-Junior Research Fellowship) and General Management Programme from IIM-Bangalore. He also tried working at National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad for a while as Research Fellow and later on embarked into the entrepreneurial journey. Since then he is involved in accelerating sustainable rural development through various initiatives.
Dr. Chinmayi V

She pursued her Masters and PhD in Agricultural Extension wherein she gained insights into the systemic issues affecting disadvantaged group of rural areas and later on started on a career focused on community development. She worked with various grassroots organizations, gaining invaluable experience in programme management, advocacy and capacitybuilding initiatives.
Sharankumar
Director of STEM & Operations
Mr. Sharankumar, a Farmer’s son from Honnakirangi village of Kalyan-Karnataka The region is highly passionate and determined to serve rural people.
He completed his Master of Social Works (MSW) along with a Diploma in Agriculture and developed a deep understanding of the NGO & social sector. He has also undergone a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) course and gained insights into the laws governing social responsibility in India. After his education he gained experience and first hand knowledge by working with farm resources center, start-ups, Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and other institutions which are directly contributing to rural development
